Description
The Spirit of the High Ridges
The Emerald Mist • High Mountain is our signature expression of the Himalayan landscape. While the Grand Reserve is delicate and ethereal, the High Mountain is vibrant, energetic, and bold. Harvested from mature bushes clinging to the steep, sun-drenched slopes, these leaves have survived the thinning air and intense UV light of the high altitudes. This struggle gives the tea its unique “mountain character”—a strength of flavor and a crispness that you won’t find in valley-grown green teas.
A Crisp and Grassy Profile
This is the quintessential “High-Grown” green tea. When steeped, it produces a brilliant, sun-yellow liquor with a slight green shimmer. The aroma is reminiscent of a fresh mountain meadow after a summer rain. On the palate, the experience is clean and zesty, featuring notes of fresh-cut grass, roasted chestnuts, and a refreshing mineral finish. It is a highly “active” tea—one that sharpens the focus and provides a natural, jitter-free energy boost for the mind and body.
Traceability and Origin
Our Signature Green is sourced from mid-elevation gardens where the sun and mist play a daily ritual of hide-and-seek, creating the perfect environment for tea leaves to develop their complex polyphenols.

The Brewing Ritual
The High Mountain is a resilient tea that rewards a slightly more robust brewing style. We recommend water at 85°C (185°F). Steep for 2 to 3 minutes. For those who enjoy a “Zesty” cup, a longer steep will bring out the pleasant, refreshing astringency that green tea lovers crave. It is also an exceptional candidate for “Ice-Brewing”—simply pour over ice for a sophisticated, sugar-free summer refreshment.
