TEA ATELIER
3,000 METERS ABOVE THE ORDINARY
Born at the Limit of What is Possible.
“At the intersection of extreme geography and ancient craft, we translate the character of the Himalayas into teas defined by restraint, clarity, and origin.”

ABSOLUTE TRACEABILITY
Environmental conditions vary by harvest and micro-lot.
THE SNOW LINE
Crystalline minerals and sharp, floral top notes. Fed by raw snowmelt rivers.
THE MIST ZONE
Constant fog slows growth, encouraging softer textures and a naturally rounded profile.

THE VALLEY FLOOR
Deep, honey-like sweetness and stone-fruit undertones found in late harvests.
ORTHODOX 100%
Entirely hand-rolled to keep the whole leaf intact, sealing essential oils.

Mastery in the fingertips.
Our master artisans do not use thermometers; they use instinct. Following the Imperial Standard, we hand-pluck only ‘two leaves and a bud’ at first light. Through Orthodox Hand-Rolling, the leaf is bruised just enough to release its soul, yet kept whole to ensure a meditative unfurling in your teapot.
THE TEMPORAL COLLECTION
SPRING SNOW
Floral awakening. 2025 Spring Snow Pick: Crystalline clarity and bracing minerals.
SUMMER MIST
Muscatel notes and honeyed depth. The peak of solar energy.
MONSOON RAIN
Bold and structural. 2024 Monsoon Flush: Notes of wild honey and dark stone fruit.
AUTUMN FROST
Copper clarity. Stone-fruit sweetness as the tea goes to sleep.
THE RITUAL
The Water Guide
5KG - 10KG MICRO-BATCHES
Micro-Batch Scarcity: Some elevations yield only 10 kilograms per year. We curate for the few.
The Mineral: Use only low-mineral spring water. Heavy minerals mask the delicate top notes.
The Heat: Steep at exactly 85°C to 90°C. High heat scars the leaf; precision heat coaxes the nectar.
THE COVENANT
Our relationship with the Himalayas is a Covenant. We operate on a model of Radical Equity, ensuring the majority of the value remains at the source. This protects the families who protect the mountains.
Preserving the High Wild.

THE RITUAL OF CHIYA

“In our culture, tea is the highest form of hospitality. We bring this spirit of Himalayan generosity to every lot we seal.”
