Description
The Rarest Breath of the Mountains
The Silver Dawn • Grand Reserve is the most ethereal tea in our collection. It is not composed of leaves, but of the unopened, velvet-soft buds of the tea plant. These buds are hand-picked only during a few select mornings in early spring, before the sun has fully risen and while the mountain frost still clings to the stalks. Because it undergoes almost no processing—only a gentle, natural withering in the cold mountain air—it remains the purest expression of the Himalayan terroir.
A Profile of Silence and Light
Drinking Silver Dawn is a meditative experience. The liquor is almost colorless, shimmering with a pale, moonlit clarity. On the palate, it is incredibly delicate, offering a natural sweetness that reminds one of fresh melon, cucumber, and white spring flowers. It carries a distinctive “silky” texture due to the fine silver down (trichomes) that covers each bud. There is zero bitterness, only a clean, lingering finish that feels like the crisp air at 2,500 meters.

The White Tea Ritual
To protect the delicate nature of the silver buds, never use boiling water. We recommend water cooled to 75°C – 80°C. Steep for 4 to 5 minutes. The buds will stand vertically in the water, a sign of their supreme quality. This tea can be infused up to 6 times, with each steep revealing a more subtle, honey-like sweetness.
