Description
The Pinnacle of High-Altitude Craft
Hand-picked from the most remote, small-scale farms in the valley, the Himalayan Gold • Grand Reserve represents the absolute apex of mountain tea production. This is not a mass-market product; it is a seasonal phenomenon crafted in silence. Only a few kilograms are harvested annually during the brief window when the mountain sun hits the tea gardens at a precise angle, oxidizing the young tips into a brilliant, sun-drenched gold.
A Sensory Journey Through the Clouds
This rare black tea offers a sophisticated profile designed for the discerning tea lover. Upon steeping, the liquor reveals a deep, luminous amber hue with a heavy, velvet body that coats the palate. The experience begins with the scent of wild wildflower honey and evolves into notes of toasted malt, ripened stone fruit, and a subtle, lingering whisper of cold mountain stone. It is a complex, meditative tea that changes with every infusion.

Brewing the Ritual
To fully unlock the “Golden Horizon” within these leaves, we recommend a mindful brewing process. Use spring water heated to 90°C. For the first infusion, steep for precisely 3 minutes. This tea is resilient and generous; it can be resteeped up to four times, with each steep revealing a different layer of the Himalayan landscape.
