FIELD REPORT NO. 014
The Preservation of Volatile Oils and Antioxidant Integrity
I
In the world of the Atelier, the highest form of craftsmanship is often knowing when to stop. Our White and Green Tea Collections are studies in restraint—celebrated not for their transformation, but for their Preservation.
White Tea: The Ethereal Bud
Our White Tea is the closest one can get to tasting the raw Himalayan air. Composed primarily of unopened buds, the fine hairs (trichomes) trap volatile oils, resulting in a liquor that is pale, velvety, and redolent of spring wildflowers.
Green Tea: The Vibrant Craft
Himalayan Green Tea is defined by its “Fixation.” A brief, high-heat “kill-green” stops oxidation instantly, locking in vibrant chlorophyll and the focused, calm energy of the L-theanine Bloom.
The Antioxidant Shield
Due to the UV stress at the 3,000m line, these leaves are naturally fortified. You are consuming a “Living Shield” developed by the plant to survive the harshest conditions on Earth.
